Juniper Muay Thai Gym strives to create a welcoming and approachable space for all. Our Women’s Kickboxing curriculum offers cardio-centric training sessions rooted in Muay Thai principles and technique. You will experience a high-intensity workout, while building a strong community and learning effective technique. The program is fit for all experience levels, ages (14+), and physical abilities. Whether your goal is to step into the ring, increase your fitness, or build confidence, our Women’s Kickboxing curriculum will meet your needs.

*We use an inclusive definition of “woman” and we welcome trans women, femmes, genderqueer people, and non-binary people.
*All women enrolled in the Muay Thai program have unlimited access to all Women’s Kickboxing classes.
*We strive to provide an accessible space for mothers, and are working hard to either provide or partner with an organization to provide childcare. More news to come!
Our Head Instructor
Casey has been training in the art of Muay Thai for over 15 years. She fought professionally and has taught at multiple gyms throughout the Philly area. When she is not in the gym, she is working as an Assistant Professor of Social Work at West Chester University or spending time with her partner Yohannes and their daughters Sloan and Toby.
