Strength and Conditioning
At Juniper Muay Thai Gym, every class will include a mix of anaerobic and aerobic exercises. We also offer a ‘Strength and Conditioning for Muay Thai’ class on Wednesday evenings. As our gym grows, so will our formal Strength and Conditioning Program.
All members are welcome and encouraged to speak with Coach Joe and Coach George about fitness for Muay Thai. Though Muay Thai routines are often basic—focused on long runs, body weight exercises, jump rope, and other ‘old school’ methodology—Muay Thai fighters have some of the best conditioning in all of combat sports.
