Juniper + Strength Haus - Updated Schedule

Exciting News! Phase 2 of Juniper Muay Thai Gym is here! We have expanded our space, adding a second mat space for Muay Thai AND welcoming our long time Kettlebell coach, Jon Lyons, in as he opens up his Strength and Kettlebell Gym, Strength Haus. What does this mean? Some minor changes to our schedule, processes and procedures. Ultimately, we will have more strength options, additional Muay Thai classes, Open Mat times for Muay Thai, and more!

Kettlebell Classes
Kettlebell classes are now exclusively through StrengthHaus. With a Juniper Muay Thai membership, you have access to the Kettlebell classes as listed HERE. You will sign up through the Sombel app, which will be sent to you soon. In the interim, simply show up to the appropriate classes.

Open Gym - Strength
Every member will have access to five Open Gyms a month, where they can use the Strength Haus equipment for personal workouts. These are slots of 75 minutes.

Open Mat - Muay Thai
Starting Monday, January 9, 2023, we are offering Open Mats on Mat Space 2. There will be pads and bags for you to use. We ask that you use this space only during designated times, which can be found on our schedule here. As with all classes and use of JMTG space, we ask that you use your best judgement and follow gym rules during your open mat time. No shoes on the mat, no excessively hard sparring, adherence to gear requirements, etc.
